Strong buyer's market

   The Pensacola area continues to be a strong buyer's market with foreclosures and short sales offering big bargains. Investors are busy buying up low priced homes and rehabbing them for rentals or flips. There are many bargain-priced properties available, many in the $20,000 to $40,000 range. But as with any investment, you should know what you're buying and have a professional real estate agent working at your side.
